  • Every week: a pure-strength day, intervals, skill development, accessory strength, gymnastics, movement mechanics, and one “soul-crushing” Mental Test Monday.
  • Every month: a Hero workout, a CrossFit benchmark, metcons with the snatch, clean, shoulder press, squat and deadlift, and 2+ days of running.
  • ~8-week strength cycles: one pure-strength day a week on the cycle’s lift, with accessory and mechanics work through the week.
  • Built for 4+ classes a week: constantly evaluated and refined to keep you hitting new PRs while minimizing injury exposure, never pushing intensity at the expense of technique or recovery.

Capacity across broad time & modal domains: expect very diverse workouts that marry traditional strength work with metabolic conditioning.
