Grace Montgomery

My name is Grace Montgomery! I have 10 years of gymnastics experience, 3 years of CrossFit experience, and 2.5 years of Olympic weightlifting experience. I am currently a junior at Lindenwood University and a member of the Lindenwood Olympic Weightlifting Team. I also compete internationally as a member of Team USA, having represented the country at four international competitions. Most recently, I won the Junior Pan American Championships in Mexico! I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with others, teaching people about the sport of Olympic weightlifting, and helping athletes of all experience levels build confidence, improve their skills, and achieve their goals.
