2 Paths to get started
Step 1: New to CrossFit?
The Fundamentals program consists of four (4) separate 60-minute sessions that you schedule directly with our coaches. In these sessions you’ll get trained on the foundational movements and techniques that you’ll need to jump-start your CrossFit journey. There is no charge for the Fundamentals program, getting started just requires you pre-pay for your first month of membership that begins after Fundamentals is complete.
Step 2: Start Your Membership
Step 1: Experienced with CrossFit?
