Rylee Kara
OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING COACH
I’m currently studying Exercise Science at Lindenwood University and pursuing a Master’s Degree in Athletic Training. As a captain on Lindenwood’s Olympic Weightlifting team, I take pride in living the athlete lifestyle while also using the unique college weightlifting experience to my advantage to become the best weightlifting coach that I can be by spreading my niche of knowledge.
Originally from Osseo, Minnesota, I have been weightlifting competitively for 7 years now. I started Olympic Weightlifting in high school to get stronger for baseball in which I competed at the varsity level and became the first girl to win a high school state baseball championship in the state of Minnesota in 2021. Since then, I found my love for weightlifting in college as well as coaching others to find their strength with the barbell just as I did not too long ago. There is nothing cooler than seeing movement patterns and confidence stick with the athletes I am so blessed to work with and I wouldn’t change where I am in life for the world!
