I started CrossFit in 2012, and fell in love. I was a soccer player, dabbled in powerlifting, then fell right into the kool-aid after trying CrossFit. I quickly became a coach because I loved watching people find their strength they never knew they had. The sparks in their eyes after doing something they didn’t think possible. I absolutely love seeing it happen.  I thought I wanted to be a big competitor but coaching quickly became my passion. I love being a part of the journey for someone else to find their fire.
